Kelvin is 7 months old!

Kelvin turned 7 months old on Wednesday! He's growing so fast and learning so much. He can sit up by himself pretty well now. He rolls and creeps all over and moves pretty quickly. He's starting to push up on his arms and lift his chest but hasn't gotten up on his knees yet. He also likes standing in his activity center. He loves watching Ada play and cries when she leaves the room. Kelvin is starting to eat regular food. It's a real struggle to get a spoon in his mouth so we just let him feed himself. His favorites so far are sweet potatoes and guacamole. He had his second ear infection this month and was most definitely not a fan of taking the antibiotics. He's waking up every 3-4 hours at night yet which makes for a pretty tired mama...but at least he just eats and goes right back to sleep.

We didn't do too much this month. We celebrated Kelvin's first Valentine's Day at the Sweetheart Dance at CLP. We also took both kids up to Northwestern to participate in a study at the Infant and Child Development Center.

We've also gone to open houses the last two weekends as we start the search for our first owned home. Very exciting...and nerve-wracking too!
