We survived Day 1...20 miles down, 30 to go. No blisters so far, just sore feet. We're now relaxing at The Chocolate Chicken, enjoying a warm beverage and some fudge. The scenery was absolutely beautiful as the trees are just starting to change. The weather was perfect. To top it off, the support staff was amazing.
We're looking forward to the dinner and award ceremony tonight and to meeting more of the people supporting this great cause.
Thanks again for your donations. We will definitely sleep well tonight!
