I guess I never officially "announced" that John decided to stay in his current position at UIC for one more year. We believe this will actually be his last year there. We signed a new 18 month lease for our apartment (but we can get out of it at any time by paying 2 months' rent).
I'm starting to really want to live in a smaller city. We were in Madison the other weekend and I felt really strongly that I wanted to live there. So, we shall see. More on this as things develop...
